Verified Tenant, a division of PreHire Screening Services LLC, is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA), as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our consumer reports are compliant with the FCRA and ADA. Please remember that if you utilize a consumer report or investigative consumer report as part of the tenant screening process, you have responsibilities to ensure that the reports obtained from Verified Tenant are used in compliance with certain regulations.

To assist you in staying up-to-date with the latest compliance requirements, we have provided the following information. Although we update this section regularly, please be sure to let us know if you discover any out-of-date information or broken links.
